When you are really inspired, you have a drive in yourself to go into the next step. Inspiration without any action will not bear any fruit.
Once you are inspired, you need the action to make it happen. This is where the labor comes. You will need to work hard in order to get the result you want. There are two principles that you may use whenever you put an effort into doing something. They are:
Do what you can.
There are many things in the world that you can not influence. You can not change other’s people idea or behavior. On the other hand, there are still a lot of things that you can do. Find out what you should do in order to achieve your goals. Ask yourself if you can do it. If so, are you willing to put your effort and do it? People fail because they know that what is the thing they should do and they have capability in doing it but they still won’t do it. Why is that? This may be one of the mysteries that normal people like us can not resolve. Your actions will make you different from the rest of the people.
Do the best you can.
Once you decide to do something, put your utmost effort onto it. Do the best you can on whatever you put hands on. Not many people are willing to do this although it is not difficult to put your best effort. This is how we discriminate the winner from loser. Make it your habit to do the best you can.
When taking actions according to your plan to achieve your goals, you need to understand exactly what the results you want from your actions are. Then in order to utilize the law of attraction, you need to communicate to your subconscious mind and have it work to attract the circumstances and attributes favorable to your results into your life. This can be done by visualization. You visualize yourself in the situation that you have completed the task and are enjoying the results you desire. See it in your inner eyes as if it is happening in front of you. See it and feel it so that you can deeply send the signals to your subconscious mind. You may want to use some background audio to enhance your visualization power. There are many in the market which you can buy from.

If the offense was done because the employee is following laws of the state, then the employer cannot reprimand the employee. Otherwise, they can be liable to the employee.
